The most common reason why there is no welcome email in your mailbox is that you have not verified your email address.
As you go through and complete the onboarding process, we always send you an email asking you to verify the email address you registered with. This is a regulatory requirement and is one of the verification steps we must carry out.
Please also check your spam folder, perhaps the verification email has arrived there.
Then click on the link for confirmation, after which you are through with the onboarding and can get started.
